A reminder about our Family Membership Day this Sunday the 2nd of March. This is one of the best opportunities you will have all year to meet the players, coaches, committee and other supporters. Come along and enjoy a BBQ lunch and talk to your new look football & netball teams. Hop on the Roos in 2008! Success at any sporting club cannot be achieved without a strong supporter and membership base. "A club is only as strong as its members" may sound a little cliché, but it is very true. Members are the heart and soul of the club. A strong membership base will ensure the long term future and viability of the 'Roos’ and raise our profile with potential sponsors. So "Hop on the Roos" and take out one of our club membership packages. Kangaroo Flat Junior Football Club will also be holding a follow up registration day. All junior players who attend on the day will receive a free sausage & drink! |

What a beautiful site! One pole up, 3 to go. Talking to the Auselec boys, it looks like the 4 towers will be up by Friday this week. It is then just a matter of hooking them up to the power, Brooksy climbing the poles to adjust the globes and we will have the new lights ready to go! As you can see by the picture, the towers are almost double the size of the original ones! The players won’t know themselves at training now! |

The club is working extremely hard to have the number 1 Football Netball Club website in country Victoria. We see it as our ‘Information Centre’ and encourage everyone to log on and see what is happening around the place. Each issue, I will send a link to a certain area of the website so everyone can see all the different sections and maybe even come up with some ideas for new sections.
